COACHING SESSIONS

 

Introduction Session
Duration:  1 hour session
A complimentary, no obligation, one-on-one Introductory Session for you to experience Coaching. In this session, I will explain more about Coaching, we’ll both be working out what you want to change or develop, and we’ll discuss a framework for achieving those goals.

For Corporates, we offer a no obligation Needs Analysis Session. This is to find out more about your business and people needs, and to see how coaching would help your organization reach it’s business goals.

Personal Breakthrough Session
Duration:  6 – 10 hours over two or three days
Is made of four steps:

  1. Education of Self
  2. Dealing with the Past
  3. Structuring the Now
  4. Creating the Future

Stress management Session
Duration: 1 hour sessions twice a week for a month
We assist you in finding your way of mindfully engaging your Relaxation Response. This will be achieved in a way so that you really feel better in three ways:

  • Your mind will become quite and focused
  • Your body, free from tension, feeling much more relaxed, and
  • Your emotional state will feel tranquil and peaceful

Life Coaching Session
Duration:  2 – 3 hours
Personal coaching sessions with a specific agenda or topic. This include a bit of training on the topic, followed by coaching on how to apply and integrate the training information. Topics can include:

  • Self Esteemto increase one’s self esteem and confidence
  • Taking Responsibility to empowerment self and others, promoting accountability
  • Art of Handling Emotions – the theory of emotions being signals to develop state management skills
  • Developing Genius to concentrate your powers of focus and handle interruptions easily
  • Perceptual Positions Taking on different perspectives to a problem relationship
  • Selling – Refine your ability to sell, develop yourself perception as a sales person, and clarify the meanings you give to selling
  • There is no failure, only feedback - Develop the skills of giving and receiving feedback, using benchmarks of these concepts
